I actually made this a long time ago.
So the Kelpie is an animal of deception, it is from Celtic mythology and can form from a water horse like animal into a beautiful horse that lures people in, they can even turn into a handsome man to lure in women....which they then bring them to the lake and drown them
For I have sworn thee fair,
and thought thee bright,
who art as black as hell, as dark as night.
